Like Father, Like Daughter

I realized this morning that I actually have very few pictures of my baby girl so far!  But the above is one from the hospital: Sweet Pea and Daddy napping together.  Mr. J is a notorious napper, so I have a feeling that his little girl will follow suit...which is okay by me.

It's amazing how quickly they grow!  At the doctor yesterday, we learned that not only has she gotten back up to birth weight, she's grown to eight pounds!  Of course, her pudgy cheeks gave away that she had definitely grown...

Is it okay to be this happy?  To stare at my baby, to plan walks in the park, to come back from leaving her and feel like I'm complete just by looking at her?

I sure hope so, because I don't plan on changing any time soon...
